We build the training plan around your dog and your life
Private training is a one-on-one session with Kathleen, you, and your dog. Sessions are held at your choice of location: your home, out and about, the Cosmic Dog Training Center in Lafayette, or via video conference. Kathleen conducts ongoing behavior assessments throughout the training relationship to keep the plan current and adjust as your dog learns and grows.
Kathleen also offers group classes at the Training Center for dogs who do well in a social setting.

Private Training Pricing
Private training sessions are one hour long and available at your home, out in your neighborhood, or at the training center in Lafayette. Every session includes a behavior consultation so the plan stays current as your dog learns.
When Private Training is the Right Fit
Private training works best when you need focused, flexible support that moves at your and your dog’s pace.
It is a good fit if your dog is reactive, fearful, or easily overwhelmed. Games-based training builds the skills your dog needs before they encounter the stressor, so they are genuinely prepared rather than just managed. Private sessions give Kathleen the space to build that foundation at your dog’s pace, without the added stimulation of a group setting.
