Cosmic Dog Terms of Service
Please read the information below before booking a class or private training session to make sure the training is the right fit for you and your dog. If you have questions, get in touch.
Booking & Payment
- Training sessions and packages can be purchased by credit card, debit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
- You can purchase multiple sessions or packages in a single transaction.
- Your spot is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
“Think About It” Guarantee
Choosing a trainer is a real decision. We offer a 7-day window after booking to change your mind and receive a full refund.
- If your session is scheduled more than 7 days out, you are eligible for a full refund within that window.
- If your session is scheduled within 7 days of booking, a refund is not available.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Private Training Sessions:
- Cancellations or reschedules require written notice at least 72 hours before your session.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Group Classes:
- If you need to change your enrollment, please let us know as early as possible.
- We will do our best to move you to another class, space permitting.
- Missed classes are not refundable. If space is available in another session, we will work to accommodate you.
Data & Privacy
- We collect basic contact information when you book a session: name, phone, email, and address.
- Your information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.
- We use your information only to manage your training and communicate with you.
