Cosmic Dog Terms of Service
Please read the information below carefully before booking any class or consultation to make sure the training selected is the best fit for you and your dog. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to help!
Booking & Payment
- You may book training using a credit card, debit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
- You can purchase multiple training sessions or packages in a single transaction.
- A spot is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
“Think About It” Guarantee
We understand choosing a trainer is a big decision. That’s why we offer a 7-day “think about it” window:
- After booking, you have 7 days to change your mind and receive a full refund.
- If your scheduled training session is more than 7 days away, you’re eligible for a full refund within the 7-day window.
- If your session is scheduled within the 7-day window, we cannot offer a refund.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
One-on-One Sessions & Behavior Consults:
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made in writing at least 72 hours before your session.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Group Classes:
- If you need to change your enrollment, please notify us as early as possible.
- We’ll do our best to move you to a different group class, space permitting.
- Missed classes are not refundable, but if there’s room in another class, we’ll try to accommodate you.
Data & Privacy
- We collect basic contact details (name, phone, email, address) when you book a session.
- Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
- We only use your information to manage your classes and communication with us.

Training Disclaimer
While we use proven, science-based methods and do everything in our power to support you and your dog, it is professionally unethical in the dog training industry to guarantee specific results.

- Your sessions will be fun, supportive, and tailored to your goals.
